Connected a vascular patient to an active thrombectomy trial
IndoVasc Hospital in Ahmedabad had no direct path to sponsor trials for its vascular cases. Our platform matched a patient’s presentation against GRASSROOT (NCT06249776), a stent retriever trial for acute ischemic stroke sponsored by Gravity Medical Technology, and connected the case to Marengo CIMS Hospital, the trial’s Ahmedabad site. Marengo CIMS already runs a vascular surgery program covering carotid artery stenting, peripheral artery disease bypass, and aneurysm repair, and previously completed a CAD-PAD registry, so the referral moved quickly. GRASSROOT has been recruiting since September 2024 across sites in Mumbai, New Delhi, Puducherry, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, with a target of sixty patients.
